A Few Updates

Wow! Now that summer is finally here, we have been running around and going non-stop. First of all, I updated the count down to Breaking Dawn. For some reason it had us waiting an extra month! Thank goodness that's cleared up!

On Memorial Day, we got to go on Thomas the Train, a huge highlight in the life of the kids. The Tandy and White families also came with us. It was just a little cold out that day, in case you were wondering.

Then, in June, the kids and I went to Ohio for a week. We visited my grandpa's farm (now belonging to my parents). I am so excited that they can have this type of place to visit and to learn from. Right now it's just fun wagon rides, but when they get older, they can experience real life farm work like I did. This includes feeding the animals, clearing rocks out of the fields, and bailing hay. I, myself learned something new as I used a riding lawn mower for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. The entire family also helped my niece Crystal, participate in a local pageant and where she received a trophy.

Right after we got back, Tandi had her High School Musical dance recital. She was really cute and did a great job. Tommy is getting bigger by the minute and has to have yet another haircut, :( (last haircut was not a pleasant experience). We look forward to having more fun times to report on in the near future.

When were you in Ohio? I was there from the 11-18 for Rachael's graduation. It looks like you guys have been busy and having fun at the same time!

Monica! It sounds like you have been very busy -- fun, fun, fun. As stressful as it may be sometimes, isn't life as a mother so much better when you are doing lots of things with the kids? Your kids just keep getting cute by the minute. Sorry we weren't able to get together when we were out there. I'll do better next time!
